I happened to be in a very unfortunate situation when I had to be involved in a couple of lawsuits. Mr. Moskal helped me through the darkest two years in my life. From the very beginning of the lawsuit, he was attentive to my case. He used all legally possible means to help me. Most importantly, he encouraged me by saying that the truth will set me free. We together experienced many ups and downs during the course of the lawsuit. He was always upbeat, even when the Judge seemingly made a few unreasonable rulings. My case was very complex, involving tort laws and bankruptcy laws, being heard both at a federal court and a bankruptcy court out of state. Mr. Moskal was able to handle all these. His writing is persuasive and truthful, which again contrasts with the flashy yet exaggerating style of writing from many attorneys.

Mr. Moskal understands the costly litigation, so he would not over-charge you by dragging the case, instead he would try settling the case with reasonable compromise. This is drastically different from some other “big” lawyers who only care how much they earn from the lawsuit.
